Post Acute Partners owns and operates post acute healthcare facilities and, uniquely, serves residents ranging from a few months old to 100+ years young. In addition to serving the medical needs of our residents from pediatrics to seniors, we serve residents across the post acute continuum, from assisted living to skilled nursing to long term acute care.
When we acquire a facility or a group of facilities, we intend to become a long-term member of that community. We consider this good business, as well as good citizenship.
